Rode’s Catering has been providing South Jersey wedding catering services throughout Gloucester County, and the Delaware Valley for over 100 years. In that time, we’ve learned not only how to prepare our mouth-watering food to perfection, but honing our skills for impeccable service. You can count on our professional wedding catering staff to setup before the wedding, serve throughout, and cleanup once the night is finished. Our aim is for you to focus on your wedding and spending time with your friends and family, and not have to worry about the food service - as professional NJ wedding caterers, we’ve got that covered.
Our catering menus widely ranges from classic wedding menus to afternoon brunch weddings, seafood menu, carving stations, BBQ and so much more!
We have many appetizer and handheld finger food options for your cocktail hour, and full-service dinner meals - from a meat-carving station to completely custom stations - we’ve prepared, setup and served it all.
We offer private tastings for custom menus and plated dinner packages. Private tastings are scheduled on weekdays between 12:30 and 3:30 pm according to chef’s availability, and a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice is required. Booked clients received complimentary tastings. Tasting fee will apply to clients who do not have a booked date. Fee will be applied to booking event invoice upon booking.
