With over 137 years in the hospitality industry and over 50 years of experience in off-premise BBQ buffet catering (and much more!), it is the Rode family’s continued pleasure to serve all of Southern New Jersey and the Delaware Valley. Rode’s offers fully custom-designed menus unique to your event that is tailored to our your menu interests and food service budget.
It is our goal to serve your and your guests not only a delicious BBQ buffet catering menu but also exceptional service and presentation from our veteran kitchen and serving staff. From a small, casual backyard BBQ buffet event reception to a family-style seated dinner service with a customized menu and vegetarian options at your chosen event space, the possibilities with Rode’s are endless.
A formal proposal will be sent after a short consultation with one of our Catering Coordinators. Final pricing will vary depending on the menu, service style, event location (travel), guest count, rentals and beverage service needs.
