A La Carte BBQ Pickup or Delivery Menu
Rode's a la carte catering menu is perfect if you're looking for a full BBQ meal for pick up or delivery or if you're only looking for a few trays of food to supplement other items you're already providing. This menu is offered for all occasions including corporate delivery or pick up. Most items require a minimum of 72 hours notice but feel free to reach out to see if we can help! BBQ Proteins
All food are prepared hot and or ready to serve at the time of pick up or delivery in disposable aluminum pans and or disposable serving bowls Prices do not include serving utensils or buffet racks with sterno. Be sure to add on if needed. All proteins sold by the pound serve approximately 3 small servings per lb. Rolls are not included in the price of the proteins but can be added for additional per dozen if needed.

House made rub, slow smoked and basted in our signature butter and vinegar based dressing. Not served in red sauce. Halves can be split in to quarter pieces upon request

Hand pulled whole halves of smoked chicken, served in light Red bbq sauce with roasted peppers and onions
4 Piece Fried Chicken 9.50/half
Lightly hand breaded, 4 pieces per half. One breast, thigh, wing and drumstick. Min 4 halves per order.
