Rode’s Catering is one of the longest running catering companies in NJ. We create delicious meals for offices, warehouses, holiday parties, and Summer barbecues of all sizes. We serve corporate partners as small as 15 to over 1,200. We understand that all businesses large and small come with unique challenges to plan and organize company parties and gatherings.
Whether it's serving 800 people in a 30-minute lunch break timeframe or accommodating food allergies and restrictions, we're happy to work with all of our corporate partners to ensure all team members are served a delicious and memorable meal. Catering Service: BBQ Buffet Catering
Challenge: Serve 1,200 employees within 30-minute lunch break.
Solution: Our experienced catering serving team arrived 1 hour early to setup BBQ buffet catering station for setup. Our expert corporate catering crew pre-assembled hundreds of boxed lunches to serve all employees before buffet service began. All employees were successfully served in under 15 minutes utilizing two efficient buffet lines.

Rode’s Catering proudly served the Mid-Atlantic Fishing Tournament for over 25 years
Challenge: Create unique menus each night of the tournament.
Solution: Rode’s Catering served unique menus for all 4 nights of the annual fishing tournament. Utilizing an efficient buffet-style service, the custom BBQ menu included delicious options including prime rib, whole roasted pig, BBQ chicken dinner, Italian style dinner buffets and more.

Challenge: Create unique menus for 10 consecutive days including early morning breakfast buffet and afternoon lunch buffets.
Solution: Rode’s Catering arrived on set in the early morning to prepare and setup breakfast buffet stations. Buffets included variety of options for all dietary needs including vegan, nut allergy friendly and gluten free options. No two menus were alike and cuisines ranged from BBQ, Italian, Mediterranean, Mexican and Asian inspired dishes.
