Customizing a menu to suit your occasion and personal taste can be easy.

We suggest selecting two to three entrées, two side dishes and a salad. Rode's Catering will include rolls, beverage, condiments, paper products and plastic utensils if desired. Hors d'oeuvres and desserts may be added to complement your menu.

The cost of your custom menu will depend upon your menu selections, the number of guests, as well as the service option.

Whole Roasted Pigs

Keep in mind the actual yield of meat is a percentage of the overall weight. To determine the size you need follow this simple rule of thumb:

    *2 lbs of meat per person (if only source of meat)
    *1 lb per person (if supplemented with other meats)

    30-60lbs = $4.75/lb
    61-75lbs = $4.50/lb
    76-100lbs = $4.25/lb
    101-130lbs = $4.00/lb
